My name is Ashley Cortes and I am a first generation Mexican, Colombian, American film student. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I graduated from Cal State LA majoring in Film Production and minoring in Journalism. I learned every aspect of filmmaking such as directing, cinematography, editing, acting, producing screenwriting, and more. I enjoy the freedom of creativity that is given with filmmaking.
